His pricing is incredibly fair, and he is willing to help whenever needed. My wife and I recently bought our first house, and I can honestly say that Troy is by far the best, most reliable contractor we have had the pleasure of working with. I first learned about Protekt through my mom's group and after around 10 recommendations for them, I decided to send a message over. It was after hours but Troy responded within 10 minutes. It was incredible. Our services have always been thorough and well done. Top-notch team and would recommend a million times over.

My mom had been less than happy with her pest company and I was finally able to convince her to switch. Not only was Protekt a better price but the quality of service beat the other hands down. Troy handled their first service and took the time to get to know my parents a bit more. Times aren’t the easiest as my Dad is currently undergoing chemo treatments. My mom had opened the garage doors for him to spray and their doors are LOUD. Troy happened to notice a can of grease on my dad's workbench while servicing the property and went above and beyond to even grease their garage door rollers to hopefully help with some of the noise. This is a kindness you don’t find very often and should be yelled at from the mountaintops! Thank you Troy for not only your amazing company and quality of work but for your kind heart. It means the world to me that you took the time out of your day. You have a customer for life!

So glad I searched local! Troy and co were so nice, informative, and were able to come out quickly. I feel like I understand more of what's happening in the bug world now, and how to live with them but keep most of them out of my house 🙂 I also loved the extra service of having the spider webs on the outside of the house knocked down. It looks great. After moving into a new house, this was one of the extra tasks I was dreading. Their prices are great, too. Will definitely be using them again when things get out of hand!

"Great Service for Same-Day Request"
These guys are fantastic. One of their technicians came out to our house in response to a last-minute, same-day request, to spray for wasps, remove a wasp nest, and spray for bees... AND they didn't overcharge for it (in fact his fee was very reasonably priced). He did an excellent job and was highly professional. I don't usually give 5-star, full recommendations, but I don't hesitate to do so for this company.

When we first moved to Wake Forest, we found out our new house had an ant problem. I posted in a FB group looking for recommendations and Troy from Protekt Pest was one of the first to reply. Troy came out to our house, located and got rid of all of our ants. Troy has helped us with yellow jacket removal, bat removal from our attic and also does our quarterly spraying/spiderweb removal. Troy is always super helpful, very knowledgeable, always professional, and friendly. I've told several family members and friends about him... I definitely recommend him!!
